FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • How long is my TBLE rental?

    All rentals are for 48 hours. We will deliver your TBLE 24 hours prior to your event and pick up 24 hours after. For any weekend events, delivery is on Friday and pick up is on Sunday.

  • Do I need to clean everything once I use it?

    Nope! That’s the best part - we do the dishes (and laundry) for you! All items are meticulously cleaned, sanitized, and packed away so that all you need to do is enjoy your party!

  • What happens if an item breaks or gets lost?

    It’s okay! Let us know as soon as you can. We want to get your replacement for your party if we can. If the party already happened and an item broke in the pack up process, still let us know and we will advise. For certain items, there may be a damage fee, but we know accidents happen!

  • What happens if I receive something that has a defect or missing item?

    We inspect every item before we deliver, but if something gets missed, please let us know and we will get a replacement asap.

  • How does delivery work?

    At this time, the best way to get your TBLE to you is for us to deliver and pick up. We make this as simple and easy as possible for you to set up! .

  • Where do you currently deliver?

  • We are KC based, so all deliveries must be local to the Kansas City area. We work within a 20 mile radius from 66208. If you live a bit further, we charge a $49 delivery fee.

  • Do you set up?

    No, but you got this! We include a hosting handbook complete with step-by-step instructions on setting your TBLE and everything you need to create the perfect party - including TBLE talk, tips, and tunes

  • Can I customize my tble? Or mix and match?

  • We have an entire tab titled “create a tble” where you can add individual items to your cart. If you want to mix and match from other tablescapes, simply add items to your cart and checkout once you are done shopping.

  • What if my TBLE is sold out?

  • We would love to make it happen for you - email us at tblescapes@gmail.com and we can chat. We prefer 30 days notice before your event, but reach out so we can try to make magic happen!

  • Can I cancel my order?

  • Yes! We ask for 30 days notice, so someone else can enjoy the TBLE! If it is less than 30 days, reach out and we can chat!
